Yep. No strings attached.

 

How do I get my discount?

Once you've placed your reservation you'll receive a confirmation email. The restaurant owner also receives a notification of your reservation which includes your name, the number of persons, date, time and the type of discount and discount percentage. Upon your arrival at the restaurant you just provide your name and enjoy your meal. The discount will automatically be deducted from your bill.

 

In the unfortunate case of any disagreements your confirmation email includes a unique reservation ID. The restaurant owner received the same ID.

 

Do I get my discount on top of other offers in the restaurant?

No. We distinguish two types of discount: discount on the food or discount on the whole bill. In both cases the discount is not valid on top of other offers in the restaurant (today's special, menu of the week, etc.).

 

I didn't receive the email to confirm my account..and now?

Some email clients automatically mark the confirmation email as SPAM. Therefore, be sure to check this folder. Add Groont.com to your trusted contacts in order to prevent this from happening in the future. After you've checked your SPAM and still didn't receive a confirmation email then contact us.

 

Is my reservation immediately placed?

Yes. You don't have to wait for feedback of the restaurant owner.

 

How does the restaurant know about my reservation?

Is it possible to cancel a reservation?

Yes, this is possible up to 24 hours before commencement. In order to do so, sign in and go to the reservations page of your personal profile. The possibility to cancel the reservation is provided directly under the reservation.
